A name, location, or other term entered into a search box passes directly to the third-party provider operating that tool. Upshur County Released Inmates does not store or log those search terms on its own systems.
Messages
If you send an email or contact message, we retain the information needed to read and answer it. Message content is not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.
Automatic Technical Data
Basic technical details may be recorded when a page loads. They can include:
- Internet Protocol address;

- the referring page, when available;
